Who else is happy that it’s Friday?

I absolutely L💙VE what I do and feel energized every day that I have the opportunity to serve my community and my clients.

And I equally love my weekends. It’s a nice blend of relaxation and no alarms for Saturday and Sunday.

With all of our compounding stress, it’s even more important that we take time to decompress and nourish our soul.

So celebrate #friday and celebrate all that you have accomplished this week. And spend some down time nourishing yourself over these next few days.

I love this girl of mine. She’s the best coworker and companion I could have asked for.

She’s typically by my side no matter what I am doing. She’s always quiet during my #zoom calls (except when #amazon delivers a package) at the front door. 😜

She’s always up for a walk outside to take a break from office life and soak up some sunshine.

I’m representing my alma mater and client @lande

I’m representing my alma mater and client @landeruniversity today by wearing my Lander University mask.

Last year I began helping @bearcatphilanthropy with some specific case statements for the colleges. We started with the college of business and I’m working on the college of behavioral services now.

It’s been a lot of fun reconnecting with my alma mater and using my talents to fit their needs.

If I could go back to tell my younger self any piece of advice, it would be this: INVEST IN YOURSELF! ❤️ 💜

Whether it’s a professional coach, fitness trainer, clothes that make you feel confident, a counselor, massage, professional photography, flowers, a spa day, a get away, etc. Investing in yourself is always worth it.

They say the older you get the more you know yours

They say the older you get the more you know yourself and the more thoughtful you become with your decisions.

And so far, I would 100% agree!

When I started my consulting practice in 2009, I took on just about every project, any mission and opportunity. Money was green and I needed it.

Fast forward to today and over the years, I have become more and more intentional with my decisions. And this carries over into the way I show up in ALL ASPECTS of my life!

My 2021 will be filled with intentionality. It’s very important to me that I work with nonprofits leaders that are ready to do more good in their own community and in their own lives.

I am strategically and intentionally building my executive coaching services this year. If you’re a fast-acting, fun, and overall a glass half full kind of nonprofit leader looking for someone to hold your hand in 2021, I am here for you!
